I understand that I am renting the item(s) listed above for my personal use and at my own risk. I accept responsibility for the proper and safe use, care, and return of all rented items. To the extent permitted by law, I release 2Bro's Beach Shop / Dominion Fishing & Charters from liability for injuries, accidents, loss, or damages resulting from my use or misuse of the rented item(s).

Damage or Loss: I understand that I am responsible for the rented item(s) while they are in my possession. If an item is lost, damaged, destroyed, or returned in a condition beyond normal use, I agree to replace the item or pay the applicable damage/replacement fee as determined by management.

Late Return: I understand that my rental is for the agreed rental period. If I keep any rented item beyond that period, I agree to pay all additional rental fees that apply until the item is returned.
